EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING - it takes more than just talk to create lasting change. In order to unlearn deeply ingrained sexual or relational patterns, we need to be able to identify these behaviors and learn to shift them.
How?
We will combine talk-based coaching with experiential, embodied practices that engage you with tools you will be taking away from each session.
My sessions are interactive and lively, a safe space to have real-time interactions with support, guidance, and feedback all the way through.
